Willowe’s Weaving Seminar

Participants must be 18 years in order to attend the seminar.

Registration

The fee for the three day event is $35.00. Material fees are not included in the registration fee.

Classes will be assigned on a first come first served basis.

Deadline for registration is May 1, 2011.

Registrants will be notified by May 15, 2011 of your class assignments.

Material fees are due by June 1, 2011.

Cancellation of classes will be accepted until June 1, 2011.

Refund of registration minus $10 handling fee can be made until May 15, 2011.

Registration not refundable after May 15^th.

Late Registration

If space is available late registration is possible. Call the shop. We will try to get you in.

Food

Coffee, tea, bottled water and snacks will be provided during the day.

Lunch will be included in your registration fee for Saturday and Sunday, as well as a light breakfast.

Lodging

Attendees will need to make their own lodging reservations. The following motels are within 5 miles of the Hancock Country Fairgrounds.

There are a variety of eating places including fast food, buffet and sit down options located near the motels mentioned above.

Location

Greenfield is 30 minutes east from downtown Indianapolis on I 70 (exit 104). A map will be provided with directions to lodging, fairgrounds and shop with class conformation.
