For items which can not be mailed, it has always been the Willowe's policy to charge a small handling fee per order and charge the exact shipping cost. This applies to on-line orders that include items other than patterns. If your order includes items other than patterns shipping will be UPS actual charge plus $2.00 handling within the continental United States. U S Postal to APO, Alaska, and Hawaii actual charges, insurance, plus $2.00 handling.
