BEADED KNIT BRACELET Wednesday, September 16, 6:30 – 8:00pm 1 day class – Beginner Class fee includes materials and needles: $30.00 If you know how to knit, this little bracelet will be no problem to complete. It’s knitted using a 3 stitch I-cord and sliding beads. You can make this for yourself or it could be a quick gift to make for a friend. There is homework for this class, so come in and pick out the beads before the 16th. Get ready to have some fun! |

SILK HANKIE SCARF Thursday, September 24, 6:30 – 8:00pm 1 day class – Advanced beginner Class fee includes materials: $35.00 Haven’t got a spinning wheel but want to learn how to spin? You will amaze yourself with this class. Using real silk hankies learn how to make “yarn” using only your hands. FAIR ISLE KNITTED HAT Wednesday, September 30, 6:30 – 8:00pm 1 day class – Advanced Beginner Class fee includes materials: $35.00 Ever wonder how to get a pattern using two complimentary colors of yarn? This class will unravel the mystery of how to do that by knitting with both hands. In this class you will learn “Continental” knitting in the round using circular needles. THRUMMED MITTENS Wednesday, October 7 & 14, 6:30 – 8:00pm 2 week class – Intermediate Class Fee includes materials: $40.00 Ribbing is done before class. Adele will be teaching this great technique showing you how to knit wool loops (thrums) at the same time as the stitches. These thrums add an additional layer of warmth and make a simple design on the top of the mitten. Maybe another gift, if you can bear to part with your new pair of Thrummed Mittens. KNITTED PURSE WITH BEADS Thursday, October 8, 6:30 -8:00pm 1 day class – Advanced Beginner Class fee includes materials: $30.00 Create this special little bag using sock yarn and beads. Very simple to knit with a circular needle, just slide the beads up as you go.
